Yes! I keep a number of reduced-fee spots, so please feel free to ask. They can be as low as $40 / session.
If cost is a barrier, you can ask about availability during your free consultation. If I cannot offer a reduced fee at the time, I can provide referrals to therapists who may be a better financial fit. -
My standard rate is $120 per 50 minute session for individuals, couples and families. I also offer a limited number of slots on my sliding scale, as low as $40 / session.
Longer sessions or specialty work can be arranged if needed. I will always talk with you before making any changes to session length or structure. -
I am not accepting insurance at this time.
Many clients choose private pay because it gives them more privacy and flexibility, and therapy is not tied to a diagnosis or treatment limit.
If you want to use your benefits, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Yes! I accept HSA and FSA cards for therapy sessions.

Payment is collected at the time of session through my secure online system. -
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Longer sessions may be available if discussed in advance.

Yes! I provide therapy online for anyone in Colorado.
Telehealth is secure, private and helpful for people with busy schedules or anyone who prefers the comfort of their own space.

Absolutely! I welcome LGBTQIA+ clients and people in non-monogamous or kink-involved relationships.
You do not need to fit any specific mold to work with me. This is a space where your identity, relationships and experiences are respected and understood. If there is an aspect of your life I do not understand, I’m not ashamed to ask. -

I help couples understand their patterns, rebuild safety and move through difficult conversations without escalating or shutting down.

We talk about what brings you in, what you want to work on and what your experiences have been so far.
There is no pressure to “have it all figured out.”For couples, I will ask about your relationship history, communication patterns and what you hope will change.
The goal is to have you leaving the first session feeling hopeful that there is a path ahead of you.

I ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, outside of emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged differently based on the amount of time remaining leading up to the session.

I only diagnose when it is clinically needed, or if you feel it provides meaning to you. If you prefer to focus on patterns, values and real-life change without attaching a diagnostic label, we can do that too.

I currently work individually or as a couple with adults only. If you need support for someone under 18, I am happy to provide referrals.
