Services & Rates
Therapy is a place to slow down and get honest about what’s actually happening in your relationship. I specialize in couples work in Westminster, Arvada, and the Denver metro area, with a focus on trust repair after infidelity, betrayal, and boundary breaches across all relationship structures, including open and poly relationships. My approach is directive and structured, grounded in ACT, EFT, and the Gottman Method. If you feel stuck in the same loop, I’ll help you name the pattern, rebuild clear agreements, and create a real repair plan you can practice between sessions.

Couples Therapy
When you feel disconnected from the person you love, everything else feels heavier. Maybe you keep having the same argument. Maybe things look calm on the surface but feel distant underneath. Couples therapy helps you understand the patterns running the show so you can communicate clearly, rebuild trust, and feel close again.
Common reasons couples come in include conflict, emotional distance, intimacy concerns, sexual disconnection, non‑monogamy questions and recovering after infidelity. Whether you’re monogamous or exploring ethical non‑monogamy, I help partners slow down the cycle, reconnect physically and emotionally and build habits that last.
Individual Therapy
Maybe life feels overwhelming, you’re caught in anxiety or self‑criticism, or you’ve been strong for too long and you’re starting to unravel. Individual therapy gives you room to understand the patterns you repeat and why they’re so hard to break. We work with stress, identity questions, boundaries, relationship issues and transitions that shake your sense of direction.
I also support individuals navigating kink, non‑monogamy and polyamory on a personal level; helping you make sense of your experience, move through shame and build clarity about what you want.
