Find your footing
Therapy to help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, reconnect with yourself, and the people you care about.
Our Services
Individual Therapy
You don’t need to be in crisis to start. Maybe you feel stuck in a loop or unsure how to move forward. We’ll slow things down so you can understand what’s underneath and find a way through.
Couple’s Therapy
When every conversation turns into a fight or a freeze, we’ll look at the cues that keep the cycle going. You’ll practice new ways to stay connected, speak honestly, and listen without losing yourself.
Family Therapy
For families who love each other but still feel on edge. We’ll map the pattern, help everyone feel heard, and find steps that make home feel a little easier.
What therapy looks like here
Sessions are collaborative and grounded in what’s actually happening in the room. We slow down enough to notice what drives the moment and practice new ways of responding.
The goal isn’t to fix yourself. It’s to understand yourself well enough to try something new; one choice, one moment at a time.
Meet Adi
My motto is that therapy is work, but it shouldn’t have to feel like it. At under one roof my goal is to take a load off of your shoulders. I want my clients to come in and receive something that they can immediately put into practice. Something that helps. I provide a solutions focused lens that clients can take and continue to build on in between sessions. Clients should be able to feel the good changes that are happening in their life; My job is to help facilitate that.
The goal isn’t perfection, its awareness. Therapy doesn’t have to be something dreadful, but rather a time to laugh a little, cry a little, and lift the big things off your chest. If I can provide an hour away from the noise and stress of life, I count that as a win in my books.
My approach to therapy is directly focused on helping the client make behavioral changes in their life that aligns with how they want to live. All three modalities I fall under (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method) focus on making behavioral changes. The primary element I use from these methods is the recognition of negative patterns of behavior, understanding the underlying emotions and what causes them, and then committing to making positive changes to break the cycle. Creating the path to how you want to live can become overwhelming at times. That is why I am here, to help you draw up your map. Your very own life cartographer!
I work to understand my clients as they work to understand themselves, their lives, or their relationships. It is a journey I am excited to navigate together.
